Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the InvoicePro 360 website and service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Draft. This document is standard template language and has not yet been reviewed by counsel. It is published for transparency about how the service works and is not a substitute for the final agreement.

Using the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use InvoicePro 360. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to breach or circumvent security controls, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping beyond what our robots.txt permits, and no using the service to send unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive invoices.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for enabling the security controls we make available, including multi-factor authentication. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully, is creating a security risk, or is materially in breach of these terms.

Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on the billing cycle you select. Annual billing is discounted against the monthly rate as shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Free trials do not require a payment method and convert to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees charged by payment processors, card networks, or banks for processing a payment are separate from your subscription fee and are set by those providers.

Your data and content

You keep all rights to the invoices, documents, and client data you put into InvoicePro 360. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, and display that content in order to run the service for you.

You can export your data at any time while your account is active. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data and how long we keep it.

Automated features

InvoicePro 360 uses automated extraction, validation, and follow-up features. These are decision-support tools: you remain responsible for reviewing and approving invoices before they are sent, and for the accuracy of what you bill.

We do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Tax calculation features are a convenience and do not replace review by a qualified professional.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, add, or remove features, and will give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces core functionality on a paid plan.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvoicePro 360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may terminate these terms on reasonable notice, or immediately where required by law or in the case of a serious breach. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Where a change is material we will notify account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
